Thermic Chamber Test is specially designed for performing accelerated thermic fatigue test (hot and cold) without humidity control.

Standard Chamber from 81 to 9.000 liters, with temperature range from -70ºC to 180ºC.

Possibility to manufacture the climatic chamber with special measures. Chambers adapted to vibration units, elasticity limit, torsion-deformation, volumetric expansion , fatigue, etc.

The Chambers are manufactured on a tubular steel structure. Exterior in galvanized steel, painted in acrylic and oven-dried. Interior in AISI 304 Stainless steel.

Standard equipment

  • PID temperature controller with automatic and precise control.
  • Measuring probe PT-100 Ohm, DIN Class A.
  • Blind door or with windows (interior lighting).
  • Ø25 or Ø50 mm access port, with watertight cap (Possibility of different access port diameter).
  • 2 AISI 304 stainless steel rod trays, with 30 kg load capacity. The trays can be adjusted in height.
  • Interior lighting.
  • 4 casters and/or anti-vibration feet (according to model).
  • Low noise level.
  • Low power consumption.
  • Separate thermostat for over temperature with shutdown of the heating system.
  • Maximum and minimum pressure switch in condensing unit installed.
  • PLC fault management in the system, with fault indicator screen on the chamber.
  • CFC and HCFC free refrigerant, under international environmental regulations.

Optional equipment

  • PID temperature controller with set point programmers. Configurable logic output for events.
  • Chart recorder paper 100 mm where register up to four process variables (solid line) or six (multipoint). High visibility display with seven segments providing clear numerical indications of process variables and alarm status. Annotation of the date / time and posts chart.
  • Cryogenic valve Nitrogen input (or special gases input) for rapid cooling.
  • Injection unit of dry air.
  • Stainless steel rod trays, with 30 kg load capacity.
  • Additional Access Port.

  • Dashboard protected by transparent door with security lock.
